This page will help you with any upcoming important dates.

Our 2010 football and cheerleading season begins, Monday August 2nd.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting the first day of practice.

Flag starts Tuesday August 10th

There will be a short mandatory parent meeting the first day of practice.

Practice is at the Pottery Rd Sports Complex

Practices start promptly at 5:30 PM till 7:45 PM (Flag 7:00)

Please have you child there so we can start promptly at 5:30PM

DO NOT EVER DROP OFF ANYONE AT THE PARK ENTRANCE (NO EXEPTIONS)
It creates a safety issue. Please park within the lines as we have limited parking.

There will be three registrations this year.
If the teams fill up and we do not have enough for a second
team then teams will be filled on a "First Come" basis.

May 14th, 15th and 16th - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Save $10.00 in May)

June 19th and 20th 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

July 10th 10:00 AM to 1:00 Pm

Registration will be held at Shove Park

Equipment handout date :

Football Equipment handout date will be last week of July.
Equipment will be handed out at the Pottery Rd football fields.

Mitey Mites/ Hawks: Monday July 26th 6:00-8:00 PM

Jr Pee Wee: Tuesday July 27th 6:00-8:00PM

Pee Wee: Wednesday 6:00-8:00PM July 28th

Jr. Midget: Thursday 6:00-8:00PM

PHYSICALS!!!!!!

No one will be allowed to participate without the proper physical!!

No faxed copies from the Doctor are accepted!

If your child needs a physical, we will have a Doctor at the field on
Monday August 2nd at 6:00 PM. We will take people on a first come first served basis.
There will be a list at the concession stand to sign up. we will use the list to call people.
Bring your medical form with you.

Pep Rally will be Saturday September 18th.

VOLUNTEERS Always NEEDED
During practices and games it is important for your help.
At game we need play counters, chain crews and help in the concession stand.
The entire program, including the property, is run by volunteers.
West Genesee Athletic Club owns and operates the sports complex.
With all of the participants, and the amount of paperwork
required by Pop Warner, all volunteers are important.
Please ask how you can help to make the
Pop Warner experience a great one for all of the kids.

WATCH YOUR CHILDREN
Please help us out and keep track of your children who are not participating.
We don't want anyone getting hurt or responsible for breaking anything.

INSURANCE SAYS:
"NO PETS ON THE PROPERTY"
