WGAC Registration Committee:  Theresa White, Nikki Hoke & Pam Ptak are in charge of this Committee. 
The duties include contacting Shove Park for availability of Dates.  Obtain “A” frames for sings.  Contact Dave Lizzi to make signs 88-1315).  Contact Pennysaver & Neighbors West to run ad.  Make fliers and deliver to schools for distribution.  Organize volunteers for actual signups (4 from Football & 4 from Cheerleading).  Bring receipt books, supplies and scale to sign ups.  Also have copies of all forms and dates to remember (Code of Conduct, Medical release, Contracts, Dates to remember, Volunteer list, Mitey Mite Hawk Sheet & Items needed to hand in. Bring “club bank” for sign ups.  Contact St. Joe’s regarding using the downstairs for physicals and contact doctor regarding physicals.  Make sure to delegate different duties.  Anyone interested in helping contact one of the people in charge.      

Little Scholar Committee: We need 2 people (1 from Football and 1 from Cheerleading).  You must attend the CNY meeting in August that will go over the Little Scholar procedures.  You will be required to go through the contract books of each team and figure out the average of each player.  This is for only Jr. Pee Wee thru Midget.  Anyone with 90 and above a second copy of the report card is required if not already done.  The little scholar form is on the National Pop Warner website www.popwarner.com.   Communicate with Commissioner and Team parent on the number of Little Scholars on each team and hand out paperwork to be filled out by the player.  Make sure paperwork is filled out and returned to you 1 week after it is handed out.  Make sure to copy all paperwork for each player.  You must attend Little Scholar banquet (the club will pay for your ticket).  Communicate with Jay Emanuelli for certificates for 90 and above for our Banquet.

Publication Responsibilities:              Contact Neighbor West & Penny Saver regarding our Registration.  Upcoming events get to Mark Childs so we can get on website.  Any special events get into the Neighbor West and Penny Saver.  Any championships you need to get picture of team to put in the paper. 

CPR , AED & First Aid Certification:  Bill Farley is in charge of contacting the person for the time, date and place.  Find out the cost and figure out if WGAC will pay some of the cost.  Get a list of Coaches who need the certification.  If a person signs up and does not show they will reimburse the club for the expense charged to the club.                                     

Vendor Committee:  You are responsible for checking out different vendors to see what would best fit our organization.  Get list of items to sell.  Make sure you have people setting up and working the tables during the games.  Especially the Pep Rally and Turkey Bowl.  All items purchased comes out of the Travel Account and all money collected goes back into the Travel Account.  At the end of the day give the money to Bill Farley or Mary Childs to give to Elizabeth Farley.

Paperwork Committee:  We need 2 from Football, 1 for Flag thru Mitey Mites and 1 for Jr Pee Wee thru Midgets.  2 from Cheerleading, 1 for Flag thru Mitey Mites and 1 for Jr. Pee Wee thru Midgets.  They need to coordinate with team parents and coaches.  They will check the individual books with the team parent to make sure all the required paper work is there.  They will work with the Team parent in making out forms for the players to bring in the paperwork missing.  The will track what is still missing to keep on the player to get it in.  Create fliers so everybody is aware of due dates.  These steps need to be done the first week of practice.  Make sure paperwork is in order.  Work with the Little Scholar Committee to get the GPA done.  Inputting the info on the CNY required forms.  Make sure to go through the books 3 days before paperwork night with someone to make sure everything is there.  You will need to go to paperwork night certification with Mary Childs and Bill Farley.

Pep Rally Committee:  They will need to know the dates of the High School Football games.  The pep rally will be on the day of an away game in September.  Correspond with Mike Losurdo about the rides and fireworks.  Check with Mike on weather his is going to get the required forms from the town or if you need to.  Get the wristbands to sell to teams during practice.  Set table up at the back of Concession Stand and have parents come and buy wristbands during practice.  Get the firework donation form from Dom so we can sell them during practice or if people want to sell them at work.  Make a list of everyone that donated to the fireworks.  Need to decorate the end zone, pavilion and press box.  Get someone to set up the speaker systems on the field.  Coordinate with the vendor committee to make vendors are there selling their items.  Also get people to do the 50/50 raffle. Will need to get 8 people to work parking from 4:30pm to 7:00pm.. If you want you can do 4 people for 11/2 hours and the 4 more for the last 1 hour.  Organize group for working the concession stand.  Workers need to start at 5pm and the concession shuts down at 10pm.  Look for volunteer groups possibly.  Need to have people doing garbage duty.  Give coaches of list of how to line up for introductions and a time they need to line up.

Year End Banquet Committee:  Need to reserve the Empire Room for the first Sunday in December.  Make sure to talk to Santa so his is there for the Flag thru Mitey Mites banquet.  Get candy for the 1st banquet.  Get 50/50 tickets for a raffle for each banquet.  Selling tickets for the banquet is done during equipment hand in.  Need to check with equipment manager on days of uniform/equipment hand in.  You will need to have a roster of players and how many player tickets and how paid tickets.  This will need to be kept up to date so the Empire Room knows how many people.  The equipment manager and the people collecting uniforms are not the ones selling the banquet tickets.  Have Mike get the tickets.  They can only buy tickets during uniform hand in.
